Yoga – Every Tuesday at 6pm

Ever wanted to do some yoga but didn’t know where to go or who to go with? Well, look no further – SWIM will be continuing with our successful Yoga program again this year! We have certified instructors who are keen to teach and extra mats if you don’t have one. All you have to do is bring some water and your active wear, get zen and have fun.

Running Group – Every Wednesday at 6pm

Keep the endorphins flowing with an energising run on Wednesday nights. With a mix of long runs, hills, sprints and more, we guarantee to keep you on your toes. If you’ve never run for more than 10m to get that bus, have no fear! The group is open to all level of runners but is aimed at absolute beginners.
